Return Policy
Items purchased from the sale category are final sale only.
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 30 day timeframe for a store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
Gift Returns
If you would like to return an item purchased directly from Saddle & Sage that was gifted to you, please include a note indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number if known in addition to your name and email address. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
Shipping
We ship all orders from our store located in Emmett, Idaho. Please allow 1 business day to process your order.
Standard Shipping( 3-5 business days) is free over $50 under $50 is a flat rate of $5 for shipping.
Local store pick up is always free, we love to see your smiling faces!
*This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasion, orders will ship or be delivered outside this timeframe. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
